- Motor Vehicle Records
- If you are looking for records involving driver licenses, driving records, crash reports, ID cards, vehicle registrations, titles, disabled parking permits, etc., these are handled by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV).
- Concealed Weapon License Records
- Records involving concealed weapon license applications or renewals are handled by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
- Hunting and Fishing License Records
- For records request involving hunting and fishing licenses, please contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
Need a Public Records Exemption?
This process is handled by the Property Appraiser’s Office.
- Under Florida law, eligible individuals and their employers may submit a written request to have their identification and location information exempt from public records requests.
- These exemptions are not handled by the Tax Collector’s Office, but by the Property Appraiser’s Office.
